  • I created the project but it caused client access exception.

- Browse the system management settings of your phone and click Permission Management in the application list to modify your OpX permissions and set the OpX permissions to the highest level to solve this problem.​

  • After my OPX creates a project, OPX will crash and crash. How should I solve this problem?

- If OpenQuestX crashes, please check whether your device has been updated to the latest version of the system. It currently supports Android version 12/13.

  • I'm having trouble logging in, I can't log in on my mobile device.

- There is an abnormal login problem. Please check whether your mobile device has a network proxy such as VPN/APN. If it is running, please close it.

  • It shows "I have not subscribed to any plan" but my account has been subscribed to OpX membership. What should I do?

- Check whether there is an order payment record in your account. In the subscription column, you can click "I need help" to contact the administrator.

  • Why is there no response when I click to register on the web page?

- Try refreshing the page, or check your taskbar to see if there is a VPN/APN network proxy, check your network status and firewall

  • I can't create a new request in OpXweb desktop.

  2. Check that you're using the correct version of OpXweb desktop. If you're using an outdated or incompatible version, it may not support creating new requests.

  4. If the issue persists, you may want to contact OpX support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and identify any underlying problems that may be causing the issue.

  • My account has been banned? how do i get help.

- I'm sorry to hear that your account has been banned. If you believe that this was done in error or you would like to appeal the ban, there are a few things you can do:

  1. Contact the platform or service provider's customer support team. They should be able to provide you with more information about why your account was banned and what steps you can take to appeal the ban.

  2. Review the platform or service provider's terms of service and community guidelines to ensure that you did not violate any rules or policies. If you did violate any rules, it may be more difficult to appeal the ban, but it's still worth reaching out to customer support to see if there's anything you can do.

  3. Be polite and respectful when communicating with customer support. Remember that they are there to help you, but they may not be able to overturn the ban if you did violate any rules or policies.

  • My account password is wrong, how can I get help?

- If you are having trouble accessing your account because you have forgotten your password or your password is not working, you can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Go to the OpX login page and click on "Forgot password?".

  2. Enter the email address associated with your OpX account and click "Submit".

  3. You will receive an email from OpX with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

  4. Once you have reset your password, you should be able to log in to your OpX account again.

  • The installation package I downloaded is not updated.
